You know what, thanks alot, thanks for almost losing our package. Then also, thanks for saying you left it with a neighbor when oh, no you didn't actually do that, you just decided to use that as an option when it's actually at one of your warehouse. Oh and thanks for the lame rules that you are closed on Monday's to home delivery and oh, yah thanks for not allowing us to pick up our package at the warehouse because we "aren't allowed to."
Can you explain then to me why we have before? And where this rule of if you don't deliver monday's you can pick it up either.
