Finally, after a long hard summer and waiting vacation is here! We are happily in Buffalo, NY at the home of my in-laws and will be here for a week. We have a ton planned! Last time we were here was almost 2 years ago, prior to finding out of our pregnancy. It's very different to be here - we lived here for our first year of marriage and then moved away and came back once. Now, here we are. coming back again and we have a child!
Tomorrow looks to be the first of a busy few days - we have some people to see at both of my in-laws offices, we are planning to go to the mall and the Apple store Drew used to work at and who knows what else.
Saturday is my birthday - I'll be half way to 54 (yeessh!) I think that day we plan to go to the Falls and have dinner out and celebrate the big 2-7.
Sunday we are going to Ithaca, NY - where Drew grew up. We are going to his old church, the one he grew up in and then spending time down there and letting Parker see where daddy grew up.
Next Wed I get to FINALLY meet Carrie and her family in person. She and her husband know Drew, but we've never met in person. I can't wait! :)
I know at some point we hope to go to the Buffalo Zoo and do who knows what else.
I am just so thankful for vacation and not having to stress right now!

I hope you're enjoying your vacation - I, too, am TOTALLY looking forward to next Wednesday. :) And celebrating your birthday at the Falls sounds like SO much fun - it's such a beautiful place!!! :)
