Menu Plan Monday (11-1/11-7)

First of all, how is it November? No seriously, Oct is over already? For reals? (did I just say that?) I hope you all are not in too much of a candy coma. I did a bad thing this week and helped Parker eat some tootsie rolls (he got a ton) and I also did a bad thing by not sticking to our menu plan because of the Wed-Sunday Trick or Treat craziness I gave in to. So sadly I gained back .6 pounds - FAIL! But It's a new week, time for me to start this week looking ahead to my next goal of 10 lbs loss.

Also, just an FYI before I get started - This Month is Prematurity Awareness Month. If you don't know by now or this is your first visit, my son was a preemie so this month is super important to me. I will be doing special posts on Wed's this month in regards to this topic!

Ok on to the FOOD! Because, I mean, that's waaaay more important than my son (no in all seriousness - please take this sarcastically!)

I am going to try to maybe do recipes on Thursdays - don't hold your breath though....oh and new thing I am starting sharing the points per serving for each main dish. I know most of you are not on WW. but for me, it's helpful!

Menu Plan:

Monday Nov. 1 - Beef & Noodles, Corn (6 pts for B&N)

Tues. Nov. 2 - 3 Mushroom, Onion, Bacon Pizza (pts. 5)

Wed. Nov. 3 - Dogs in a Blanket, Mac and Cheese, Veggie (3 pts per dog)

Thurs. Nov. 4 - Pizza Soup (2 pts per cup) and Rolls

Friday Nov. 5 - Harvest Ham Steaks (4 pts), Green Beans and Potatoes (1 pt)

Sat. Nov. 6 - Tomato Basil Broiled Tilapia, Garlic Orzo & Cheese - I need to total this up as this is my own creation!

Sun. Nov 7 - BBQ Pork Sandwiches (5pts), Mashed Potatoes, Veggie
