Really really trying to get back on track with my weight watchers so I am making better choices where I know or can easily calculate the points..
Monday: Tomato Basil Chicken, Zucchini Sticks
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Beef & Noodles, Corn, Maybe Mashed Potatoes....
Wednesday: Roasted Tilapia w/ Fire Roasted Tomatoes and Olives, Broccoli and Orzo
Thursday: Sloppy Janes, Sweet Potato Fries, Carrots
Friday: Chinese Chicken Salad
Saturday: Leftovers
Sunday: Hamburger Helper
Recipe: Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
One 16oz. pkg dry broccoli slaw mix
12 oz cooked skinless chicken breast, chopped
1 cup water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 cup mandarin orange segments, drained and chopped
1 cup chopped scallions
3/4 cup Newman's Own Lighten Up! Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing
Directions:
In a large bowl, toss all ingredients together until mixed well.
Refrigerate for at least two hours. Stir well before serving. Enjoy!
Makes 5 servings (1.5 cups a serving)
195 calories, 2.75 g fat, 4.5g fiber = 3 pts. per serving

Thank you for stopping by me. So, in five years huh? I'll still be here in my lovely house. I'd like the basement finished by then, and new decks in front and back. Oh, and I tend to be skinnier (I HOPE)! Have a great weekend & stop by Monday for our Monday's Music Moves Me. It's tons of fun.
In 5 years, I hope to have a job closer to home, like you I would love to have some debt cleared up (is that even possible these days?) and have one more car seat in my car ;)
