Menu Plan Monday

I'm back! Whoop whoop!

Our Menu for this week:

*Monday: Tater Tot Casserole

*Tuesday: Cuban Sandwiches, Mac & Cheese, Veggies

*Wednesday: Crunchy Honey Chicken w/ Rice (new recipe!)

*Thursday: Pork Chops, Perogies, Veggies

*Friday: Pizza

*Saturday: Girls Night Out - so leftovers or whatever for the two guys!

*Sunday: Chicken Parm w/ Noodles

Tater Tot Casserole

1lb. lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 cups frozen mixed veggies
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 pkg. (32ozs) tater tots
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat Oven to 375.

Brown ground beef and diced onions then drain. Pour beef into a 9x13 pan, then cover with cream of _____ soup (which ever kind you choose to use!) Spread evenly, then spread frozen veggies on top of the soup. Next sprinkle cheese, then arrange tater tots in rows for the top of the casserole. Bake for 30 minutes or until the tots are brown and casserole is bubbling!
